(Mainly Focus)</strong></p></li><li><p>Regular progress checking on work-done, Variation, etc.</p></li><li><p>Measurements for Variations, cost estimation, abortive works, etc.</p></li><li><p>To prepare quotations on Variations, cost estimation, abortive works, etc.</p></li><li><p>To prepare payment applications.</p></li><li><p>To process Sub-Contractor’s payment / claims assessments.</p></li><li><p>Q.S. Documentation, to ensure all necessary site records are property documented when used in application or assessments.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in Building Services & MVAC/E&M is preferable.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience, ideally with <strong>tendering experience in MVAC/E&M.</strong></p></li><li><p>Good command of both written and spoken English.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Double pay, Performance Bonus, Education allowance, Medical Benefits, Free lunch provided etc.<br></p></li></ul><p>We offer competitive packages.
