Job Description

Participate in customer contact and communication, assist in sorting out customer needs, recording meeting highlights, and supporting follow-up activities.
Assist in conducting basic risk assessments, including data collection, risk classification marking.
Use Excel or related tools to process business data, create presentation charts and summary reports, and support decision-making references.
Participate in internal business training and workshops to understand the company's operating model and practical processes.

Work requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university degree program, any major is welcome to apply, regardless of business background.
Have basic computer operations skills, and those who can quickly learn internal systems and analysis tools are preferred.
Have good Chinese writing and oral expression skills, be able to clearly communicate messages and actively ask questions to clarify task details.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, able to deliver assigned tasks on time, and effectively plan personal work progress within limited working hours.

Benefits

Hourly wage of HKD$80
Those who complete their internship and meet the basic requirements will be awarded a formal internship certificate.
