接待員（20K，Law firm）

<p>Our client, a reputable law firm is looking for a Receptionist to join them.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Provide reception services to all clients, guests, and visitors.</p><p>· Answering and filtering incoming telephone calls and inquiries, taking messages, and routing calls.</p><p>· Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.</p><p>· Sorting and distributing daily incoming and outgoing faxes, mails, correspondences, and couriers.</p><p>· Manage meeting rooms and schedules.</p><p>· Monitoring and secure office key entrances to prevent unauthorized entries.</p><p>· Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· DSE or above, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.</p><p>· Excellent customer service skills with amazing telephone etiquette.</p><p>· Multi-tasking person with excellent organizational skills</p><p>· Proficient in PC skills (MS Office, Outlook).</p><p>· Fluent in Cantonese, proficiency of English and Mandarin.</p>
