System Implementation Consultant

Main responsibilities:

• Support Asset Management Solution Manager, collaborate with functional teams, system integrators and technical teams to achieve expected business results;

• Provide technical analysis, validate whether the solution proposed by the system integrator meets the business requirement scope;

• Follow the "zero customization" principle, collaborate with business departments to drive business process change;

• Work with functional teams and system integrators to manage risks, and play a key role in solution design, development, testing, training, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration and switching, etc.

Skills and knowledge:

Knowledge requirements:

• Oracle ERP (essential) ;

• Mobile-related experience ——IFS, Clevest, Microsoft Workforce Management, Oracle Field Service (essential);

• Public utility sector Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service best practices (optional);

• Public utility asset management field knowledge (optional);

• Other industries (such as utilities, telecommunications, construction or property management) experience.

Requirements:

• Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service configuration capability (optional);

• Have Groovy script / JavaScript development capability (optional);

• Basic integration knowledge (optional).

• 4-6 years of professional experience as IT/System/Business Analyst or similar positions;

• Have knowledge of Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Services (optional);

• Have knowledge of Groovy and / or Java (optional);

• Have application integration knowledge (optional);

• Have mobile-related experience ——IFS, Clevest, Microsoft Workforce Management, Oracle Field Service (essential);

• Have experience in other industries (such as utilities, telecommunications, construction or property management) (essential).
