Role Description

• The Operations Analyst / Associate (Securities Operations) is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong. This entry-level role is tailored for ambitious fresh graduates and early-career professionals eager to develop a deep, professional foundation in brokerage operations, fund administration, and financial technology.

• Working alongside experienced team members, you will support daily trade processing, settlement, client account onboarding, and reconciliation activities across multiple asset classes. You will also gain hands-on experience in client due diligence workflows, tax form administration (CRS/FATCA), and operational coordination for individual, corporate, and specialized fund clients (e.g., Cayman SPCs and HK LPFs).

• In line with our focus on operational excellence and digital innovation, this role actively encourages the exploration and application of AI productivity tools to streamline documentation, automate workflows, and enhance efficiency. Structured on-the-job training and guidance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields. Fresh Graduates are welcome, with prior financial/brokerage internships preferred

• Core Operations & Analytical Skills: Strong data verification, problem-solving, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in daily workflows and meet tight deadlines under proper risk control.

• Tech-Savviness & AI Readiness: Eager to leverage and adopt modern AI tools to optimize administrative tasks and back-office documentation.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties (e.g., custodians, auditors, fund admins).

• Market Knowledge (Bonus): Basic familiarity with trade life cycles, SFC onboarding, or fund structures (e.g., Cayman SPCs, HK LPFs) is an advantage, but continuous learning and training will be provided.
