Family service manager (field work)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer service proposal and execution:

1) Collaborate with front-line business experts to clearly understand the service needs of entrepreneur customers, proactively communicate with the corresponding product and service teams, and design service solutions;

2) Lead and drive entrepreneurs to sign service intention letters, and complete the KYC process for imported customers;

3) Introduce a product service team, combine customer situations and demands, lead and push the product service team to form service solutions, organize customer proposals and service execution. Manage customer expectations, track customer feedback, and continuously improve customer recognition during the process.

2. Continuous customer demand mining and service:

1) Cover the various generations of the real estate families of the enterprises we have served, continuously output the updated services of the Far East Entrepreneurship Service Business, and combine customer information, match needs and make pre-proposals;

2) Lead and organize entrepreneurs to sign service intention letters for new service needs, organize product and service teams to make proposals and implement services, and continuously improve entrepreneurs’ satisfaction and recognition;



4) Regularly summarize and analyze the customer characteristics and needs of the entrepreneurs we have served, regularly feedback and summarize, and assist the product and service team in developing and improving product and service content;

5) Maintain and deepen entrepreneur-client relationships, continuously improve customer files according to requirements.



Applicants are required:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. More than 8 years of capital market-related work experience, familiar with market dynamics and trends, and have a comprehensive understanding of the capital market, family inheritance, asset management and other related services and products. Candidates with overseas family trust and overseas family office work experience are preferred;

3. Proficient in Mandarin and English, familiar with other languages or dialects can be given priority.

4. Have strong affinity and service awareness, and be able to provide value-added services and information from the customer's perspective;

5. Have extremely strong communication and coordination skills, good at accumulating and mobilizing resources;

6. Have extremely strong proactive learning and research and analysis abilities, be good at accumulation, be clear and orderly in thinking, and be efficient in work;

7. Have strong adaptability and stress resistance, and can cooperate with frequent business trips;

8. Have team spirit, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility;
