Job Description:

-IT project/Proof-Of-Concept (POC) design, demonstration, implementation, and documentation

-Provide professional services of server/virtualization/OS/storage/backup/data visualization solution installation/configuration/maintenance/migration

Requirements:

-Higher-Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Computer Science, or equivalent

-3 year or above post-sales support and hands-on experience on Linux, virtualization/cloud, HCI, SAN storage and backup solutions

-Ability to work under pressure and independently

- Strong verbal & written communication skills

-SAN storage (e.g., Dell EMC / Huawei / IBM) and backup software (e.g., Veritas NetBackup / Veeam/ Commvault) experience would be advantage

-Less experience would be considered Customer Service Engineer
