Responsible for daily administrative work, including document writing, data input, typesetting and proofreading, and file management;
Answer and transfer incoming calls, process emails and messages, and ensure external communication is polite, clear, timely, and accurate;
Assist in arranging meetings, prepare meeting materials, record meeting highlights and follow up on related action items;
Support department administrative operations, such as office supplies procurement and inventory management, document printing and distribution, venue reservation, etc.;
Assist the supervisor to complete temporary assignments, with basic coordination skills and cross-departmental communication awareness.
Work requirements
Secondary school graduation or above, with good Chinese reading and writing abilities, able to write formal documents and daily application letters fluently;
Proficient in Microsoft Office series of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with basic data processing and presentation skills;
Have basic English reading and writing skills, be able to understand simple business emails and fill out bilingual forms;
Careful and steady work, strong sense of responsibility, able to complete multiple tasks on time while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality;
Have good communication etiquette and service awareness, adapt to team collaboration, and maintain a positive and proactive work attitude in a fast-paced environment.
