Position Overview
We don’t just want to participate in the ecosystem; we want to be the infrastructure. As the Lead of Partnerships, you will build the "pipes" that connect AdWave to the broader. AdTech world. You will work with MMPs, iGaming Platforms, and Data Providers to create integrations that make us the default choice for advertisers.

Key Responsibilities
*Build the "pipes" that connect: Lead the commercial and technical execution of API integrations with MMPs, iGaming platforms, and Data Providers.
* Channel Sales Enablement: Train and enable partner sales teams to resell AdWave. turning their CSMs into our external sales force.
* Product-Led BD: Translate partner API capabilities into internal product requirements to stay ahead of the curve.
* Create Defensibility: Develop "sticky" integrations that make it technically difficult for clients to leave our ecosystem.
* Ecosystem Advocacy: Represent AdWave at major industry forums to ensure we are the "default choice" for regional advertisers.
Required Experience & Qualifications

* Technical Translator: Ability to read API documentation and explain the business value to non-technical stakeholders.
* Regional Strategist: Deep understanding of the "Kingmakers" within the Asia iGaming ecosystem.
* Execution Mindset: A long-term thinker who executes with extreme urgency.
* Soft Skills: Excellent networking, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
