Responsible for the entrance and exit control of the Central Business District commercial building, including visitor registration, document verification and passage permission verification, to ensure building entry and exit order and safety standards.
Execute patrol tasks, regularly inspect the building's public areas (such as the lobby, elevator hall, parking lot, machine room and floor passage), record abnormal conditions and report them to the supervisor or relevant units in real time.
Work requirements
Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong resident identity card and legal work permit; holding a valid "Security Officer Permit" (issued by the Hong Kong Police Force) is a mandatory condition.
Have at least one year of security work experience in commercial office buildings, first-class shopping malls or similar types of properties, familiar with risk identification and response processes in high-density urban environments, and those who are familiar with it are preferred.
Have good Chinese reading and writing skills, be able to clearly articulate Cantonese; those who master basic English conversational skills (such as understanding instructions, simple communication) will be given priority.
Good health and physical fitness, quick and agile movements, able to adapt to long periods of standing and cope with sudden stress; no criminal record, honest and reliable, with a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
Willing to accept continuous training, including fire safety, first aid knowledge (such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation), conflict resolution skills and the operation of new security equipment, etc., to meet the demand for upgrading building safety management.
