1/ Insurance Specialist/ Insurance Specialist Manager (Bank/ Bancassurance)
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Relationship Managers in branches to provide professional insurance solution to bank customers
· Pro-actively drive cross-selling activities based on customer needs to optimize sales opportunities and sustain relationship with customers
· Execute sales strategies and business plans to maximize bancassurance business
· Conduct sales coaching, monitor sales performance and motivate bank sales staff to attain business targets
· Build and develop relationship with banks and their sales force
· Ensure full compliance to banking policies and standards, industry rules and regulations

Requirements:
· University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines
· Minimum 3-6+ years of sales experience in bancassurance with sound knowledge on selling insurance products
· Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP


2/ Business Development/ Relationship Manager or Senior Officer (Insurance, Broker Channel, General Insurance)
Responsibilities:
Maintain good business relationship and provide high standard service to intermediaries
Assist Broking Team to execute the agreed business and marketing activities on tactical levels
Observe closely with company credit control policy and take corresponding actions if necessary
Implement prudent underwriting practice, in line with company’s underwriting guidelines
Perform relevant job duties assigned by reporting manager/ supervisor
Requirements:
Associate Degree or above, preferably in insurance related studies
Possessing or in progress of professional insurance qualification such as ACII or ANZIIF would be an advantage
Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in general insurance industry
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant manager/ Senior Executive
