Infrastructure Support Manager （Trading platform)

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor production system health, latency, connectivity and incidents.

2. Respond to incidents, execute runbooks and escalate issues when needed.

3. Perform daily operations: health checks, access, backups and certificates.

4. Support MT5 platform operation and coordinate with vendor support.

5. Assist AWS cloud operation, monitoring, troubleshooting and access management.

6. Follow change management and maintain operation documentation.

Requirements

1. 1–3+ years in IT infrastructure, operations or NOC.

2. Basic Linux and network troubleshooting skills.

3. Familiar with monitoring tools and ticketing workflow.

4. Responsible, calm under pressure and able to do on-call shifts.

5. Experience with MT5 trading platform is a strong plus.

6. Practical AWS operation knowledge is highly preferred.

Manager Level (Additional)

1. 3–8+ years mission-critical platform operation experience.

2. Lead incidents, team coaching and operational process improvement.

3. Manage stakeholders, vendors and cross-team coordination.
