Customer Service Officer (Complaint Handling)

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Follow up and handle enquiries and complaints with good communication skills and professional manner</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and respond to inquiries or cases raised by the Consumer Council</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all operations procedures are in compliance with the regulatory and company’s requirements</p></li><li><p>Provide administrative and operation support to the team</p></li><li><p>Perform other ad hoc assignments as required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or above</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in beauty/medical industry is preferred</p></li><li><p>Experienced in handling complaints is a must</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing</p></li><li><p>Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently</p></li><li><p>Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet tight schedule</p></li><li><p>Immediate available is highly preferred</p></li></ul>
