Job Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of burgers, fries, and beverages at the store, strictly following food safety and sanitation standards and company operating procedures
Responsible for customer service, including taking orders, cashiering, serving food, and handling simple inquiries, maintaining friendly, efficient, and consistent service quality
Keep the business area clean and orderly, and complete cleaning tasks on time (such as table cleaning, floor sweeping, equipment wiping, etc.)
Support the team's operations by flexibly assisting front and back-end positions during peak hours, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Participate in on-the-job training and evaluation arranged by the company, continue to learn product knowledge, service skills and safety regulations

Work requirements

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, with no relevant work experience required. Students, part-time workers, and those just entering the workforce are all welcome to apply.
Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to clearly understand work instructions and communicate with colleagues and customers in Cantonese or Mandarin
Willing to accept shift arrangements, including day shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays, with good timekeeping and attendance records
Positive and proactive attitude, sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to maintain focus and stable performance in a fast-paced environment
Pay attention to personal hygiene and grooming, meet the health requirements of the food industry, and be willing to follow the McDonald's uniform and accessory regulations
