Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist the department manager in planning, organizing, and executing daily operations to ensure team efficiency and goal alignment.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, including scheduling, performance feedback, and professional development support.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular operational reports, and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments to facilitate project execution and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Handle escalated customer or internal stakeholder concerns with professionalism and timely resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar industry.
Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under dynamic business conditions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and familiarity with standard office software.
Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical practices and organizational values.
