Food store manager

1. Assist the store manager in the management and execution of the daily operations of the branch, including food preparation, sales, inventory management, cost control, employee work schedule and training.

2. Responsible for food preparation and serving at the branch, including baking and roasting food, beverage preparation, serving, cash register, and other floor services and cleaning work. 3. Ensure that the branch's food quality, service and sanitation meet the company's standards.

4. Implement and enforce the company's various standards and guidelines to ensure brand image.

5. Supervise employee attendance and uniform appearance

7. Assist the store supervisor in controlling various costs, including food and labor costs.

8. Process customer complaints from branches, report them to higher-ups in a timely manner, and reflect customer opinions

9. Assist the store supervisor in handling the administrative work of the branch, including sales reports, ordering, personnel, and maintenance reports.
