This role involves providing administrative and facility support for an office of 60 people, along with assisting in festive hamper preparation.</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Location</strong>: Quarry Bay</p></li><li><p><strong>Working Days</strong>: 3.5 days per week</p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.</p></li><li><p>Manage office facilities, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance coordination.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the preparation and organisation of festive hampers.</p></li><li><p>Support the Financial Services team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in office administration, preferably within the financial services sector.</p></li><li><p>Strong organisational and multitasking skills.</p></li><li><p>Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.</p></li><li><p>Fluent English and Cantonese.</p></li><li><p>Must hold a valid HKID card.</p></li></ul>
