Job Responsibilities

· Analyze customer investment portfolios, financial trends and economic data, and produce actionable insights in the form of reports to enhance the effectiveness of financial advisory services.

· Participate in business development plans, identify market opportunities, optimize customer interaction modes, and co-drive strategy execution.

· Create professional presentations, financial models, and strategy proposal documents for internal discussions or client communication, showcasing solid analysis and expression skills.

· Learn and practice consultative communication skills, build long-term customer relationships, and ensure high-quality service experiences.

· Actively participate in training courses covering financial product knowledge, consulting frameworks and business strategy modules, and continuously enhance professional strength.
