Position name: Multimedia Manager (Multimedia Manager)
Job Responsibilities:

• Content planning and creation: Develop an integrated social community content calendar, write brand-tailored and topic-driven copy for platforms such as Instagram, Threads, and Xiaohongshu; independently plan, shoot, and edit flat visuals (posters, information graphics, post captions) and short videos (Reels, note films).

• Social interaction and maintenance: Instantly respond to fan comments and private messages, maintain IP image with consistent tone and personalized style; actively guide discussions, build fan loyalty, and continuously improve tracking numbers and interaction depth.

• Data analysis and optimization: Regularly track key indicators (reach rate, completion rate, number of likes/shares/reposts, conversion behavior), using platform-built tools and third-party analytics, to clarify audience demographics and content preferences, and use this information to iterate content strategy and posting times.

• Community activity planning: Lead holiday marketing, lucky draws, and new product launches through integrated promotion. Design participatory and shareable event mechanisms to enhance brand exposure and user conversion.

Work requirements:

• Proficient in using photo editing tools (Photoshop, Canva) and short video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut), those with basic photography composition and sound processing concepts are especially recommended.

• In-depth understanding of mainstream social platform operation logic, especially Instagram Reels traffic mechanism, Xiaohongshu recommendation algorithm and content weight rules.

• Bachelor's degree, majoring in marketing, communication, advertising, digital media or related fields is preferred; fresh graduates with potential are welcome, as well as those with 1 to 3 years of practical experience - those who have successfully promoted fan growth, increased interaction rates or achieved clear activity conversion goals will be given priority.

• Language skills: Fluent Cantonese (a necessary condition for daily communication, copywriting sense and sound content creation); good English reading and writing ability (able to independently read international trend reports and write bilingual posts); Mandarin with basic communication skills.

• Personal traits: Quick reaction, self-discipline and efficiency, strong sense of responsibility and meticulous execution ability; natural insight and long-term observation habit of pop culture, Z-generation behavior patterns, and digital consumption psychology; able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment and ensure stable quality output.
