Senior Human Resources (HR) Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for mid-level and operational roles

• Support onboarding, induction, and orientation programs

• Oversee HR operations, including payroll inputs, attendance, and statutory compliance

• Collaborate with line managers to address employee relations issues and performance matters

• Support implementation of learning and development initiatives

• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

• Contribute to employee engagement programs and company culture-building efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector

• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
