IT Service Engineer

1. Basic conditions (must be met)

A. Senior Expert/Project Manager/System Analyst/Programmer, etc. (Technical/Management position)

Holding a Hong Kong computer science degree or equivalent academic qualifications;

or: Non-computer related degree + 1 year of IT field related experience;

or: Computer-related associate degree + 1 year of IT experience.

B. Information Technology Assistant I/II (Entry Level)

Complete at least one year of a recognized computer-related diploma course (or above);

Or: Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) results meet:

English and Chinese Level 2 or above (old system: English B/Chinese E level) ;

Must have at least 2 years of IT-related work experience.

2. Priority will be given to certain conditions (not mandatory, but better)

Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) Outstanding Performers;

Have relevant industry certifications (such as Microsoft/Cisco/cloud service certification, etc.);

Good team collaboration and communication skills.

Duties include:

Participate in system analysis, software development, testing and maintenance;

Assist project management, ensure technical solutions are delivered on time;

Provide IT technical support and solve user technical problems;

Write technical documentation, optimize system workflows.
