Project Consultant

What you will be doing:

• Act as a contact point for daily inquiry and coordination.

• Responsible for contract review, project meeting, project report analysis

• Set and execute project target on closing potential residential deals from daily leads

• Perform report generation or file consolidation

• Coordinate between external parties and clients to ensure timely delivery; build genuine relationship which leads to greater customer satisfaction.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Renovation industry related experience is a bonus not necessary

• 1 year of Business development/ Customer service experience is preferred

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, Fair in English and Mandarin

• Mature, cheerful, excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Are keen to learn more about home renovation industry and the exciting DIY knowledge we can provide

• Good team player and resilient with the tenacity to not give up until the problem is solved

• Able to work flexible shift patterns and outdoor travelling.
