Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for shooting, editing and post-production of related videos on the Little Red Book platform, ensuring that the content meets the brand's tone and target user preferences. (Those with experience are preferred).
According to different project requirements, plan creative scripts and independently complete the whole process from initial conception, shooting execution to post-production editing.
Continuously track popular topics and trends on the Xiaohongshu platform, combine data analysis to optimize content strategy, and improve interaction rate and conversion effectiveness.
Assist the team in collecting, sorting and archiving shooting materials, effectively manage creative resources to improve work efficiency.
Participate in social media content planning, including Xiaohongshu post writing and editing, and co-operate with others to operate new media platforms such as Douyin.

Requirements:

Have good visual aesthetics and image expression skills, be familiar with short video shooting technology and editing logic, and be able to independently produce high-quality films.
Proficient in mainstream editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Quik, and Duolingo, with actual works as a plus.
Have basic data analysis and market research skills, be able to adjust content direction based on data feedback and enhance content influence.
Applicants with rich social media operation and digital marketing experience are preferred, with practical skills to enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers.
Active creative thinking, good at digging out highlights from daily life and turning them into visually compelling stories.
Positive and serious work attitude, good communication skills and team spirit, and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time.
