Hong Kong City Manager [EP Yaming High-end Clothing]

Duties:

1. Responsible for Hong Kong channel expansion and high net worth customer expansion;

2. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the Hong Kong store, ensuring that sales targets are met;

3. Develop and implement a brand promotion plan to enhance the brand's image and customer experience in Hong Kong;

4. Train and motivate the team, optimize personnel deployment/prepare talent reserve, and improve team overall performance.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with the Hong Kong retail market;

2. Have luxury retail or high-end fashion brand management experience, familiar with industry market dynamics;

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively promote cross-departmental collaboration;

4. Have strong data analysis skills, and be able to optimize operating strategies through sales data.
