Customer Service Representative (Branch)

- Actively promote the latest loan services and products to customers

- Provide high-quality customer inquiry services, including information on loan application status, approval results, etc.

- If the guest is interested in applying for a loan, we can arrange for the guest to complete the loan application process online or arrange for a hotline colleague to follow up

- Build and maintain good customer relationships, always provide professional advice to guests

- Work location: Taipo / Sai Kung / Tsim Sha Tsui / Cheung Sha Wan / Kowloon Tong / Yuen Long

- Working hours: Monday to Friday ( 0900 - 1900 )

- Immediate employment will be given priority
