Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior E-commerce Executive to lead daily online operations, digital marketing campaigns, and sales activations across global platforms. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer journey, optimizing performance advertising, and supporting high-impact marketing events.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, inventory accuracy, and pricing updates.

  • Oversee order fulfillment and troubleshoot technical issues on Magento.

  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and engagement, implementing strategies to maximize sales.

Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver content aligned with luxury brand standards.

  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and provide actionable insights through analytics.

Sales & Marketing Event Support

  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

  • Drive online-to-offline activations to amplify event visibility and impact.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and luxury/fashion retail.

  • Proficiency in Magento , Google Analytics, and e-commerce reporting tools.

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads , Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Understanding of luxury brand standards and premium customer expectations.

  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus).

  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
