Daily security supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily security work in the estate to ensure community safety and order.

• Assist the security manager in supervising and managing front-line security officers, and support them in carrying out various duties.

• Assist the control room in operation, monitor the closed-circuit television system and fire control equipment, and ensure the facilities are operating normally.

• Continuously monitor CCTV (closed-circuit television), alarm systems and access control systems, and immediately detect suspicious activities or potential security vulnerabilities.

• In the event of a sudden emergency, quickly contact management, on-site employees or relevant external agencies (such as the police, rescue) to provide accurate real-time situation updates.

• Remote operation and management of access permissions for each entrance and exit, according to the established procedure to authenticate the identity of personnel and authorize entry and exit to ensure the safety of the premises.

• Regularly perform system inspections, record equipment operation status, and propose maintenance suggestions or report technical support for abnormal situations.

• Prepare and submit security incident reports, daily operations summaries, and system audit records for management review and decision-making reference.

• Execute special tasks as needed, cooperate with superiors to complete temporary assignments.

Work requirements

• Second 5 or above, with valid Qualified Security Officer (QAS) qualification, Security Officer license, safety card and first aid certificate.

• Must have at least three years of relevant security work experience, including one or more years of security management experience.

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, with basic English communication skills, clear writing and oral expression.

• Familiar with computer operations, able to use common office software for recording and report writing.

• Have a good sense of responsibility, adaptability, and teamwork spirit, and be able to work under pressure.

• Able to adapt to shift work, working 6 days a week, 12 hours a day, rotating from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
