Sales Director

[Job Responsibilities]
1. In conjunction with the company's strategic planning, through goal decomposition and process tracking, strategy formulation and process and system optimization, lead the team to complete the regional new signing, GMV and market share task targets;
2. Integrate the catering industry and company resources to promote the output of overall marketing solutions;
3. Regularly visit key customers, build and maintain good customer relationships, and help the team achieve key customer activity and sales targets;
4. Provide timely feedback on market and industry trends, providing information and data support for research and analysis and business decisions;


[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, excellent candidates may be relaxed to a diploma, with a certain degree of regional flexibility;
2, 3 years of relevant business management experience (one year or more of BDM experience from a competitor), those with local life service or O2O platform management position experience are preferred;
3. Have retail district expansion experience, those who have accumulated top customer resources are limited;
4. Have excellent goal management and team management skills;
5. Work with passion, strong interpersonal communication skills, quick thinking, and ability to deliver results. Proficient in building high-performing teams.
