3. Based on the new product line requirements, complete the detailed planning, coordinate the supply chain, design, production and quality management teams, solve development problems, and ensure the normal launch of the product.
5. Regularly output project lists, progress and problem records, conduct post-mortem analysis, coordinate factory and department resources, and optimize project nodes and supply chain management systems.
6. Combine offline immersive entertainment, carnival scene characteristics to optimize product solutions, coordinate with the operation team to adjust display and promotion strategies, and improve product conversion rates.
Basic employment requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors such as creative design, tourism management, product design, and supply chain management.
2. Have more than 5 years of experience in cultural and tourism product research and development, procurement and management, and successful implementation of multiple cultural and tourism products from scratch.
3. Have in-depth understanding of children's cultural and tourism industry, those who have relevant project service experience are preferred; familiar with toy industry knowledge and cultural and creative product production process, material properties.
5. Have good Chinese (fluent Mandarin and Cantonese) expression skills, and be able to efficiently connect with cross-regional teams, partners and suppliers.
6. Have excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills, be able to coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and adapt to the high-frequency business trips and project site work rhythm.
