Job Description
The incumbent will be fully responsible for leading internal and external teams in the planning, definition and full lifecycle management of AI enterprise-grade service products, AI+hardware consumer products, intelligent customer service products, etc., and be accountable for product launch and implementation.
1. AI Enterprise-Grade Service Products
Own the full product lifecycle of AI workstation products, covering unified management of enterprise AI capabilities, API integration and intelligent tool consolidation, to support digital transformation of enterprise customers.
Conduct in-depth exploration of B-end customer needs, drive product development from prototype to launch and promotion, and conduct continuous iterative optimization based on customer feedback and data insights to enhance market competitiveness.
Lead the establishment of product performance tracking mechanisms, monitor product health via key metrics (e.g., customer activity, feature utilization, satisfaction), and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
2. AI+Hardware Consumer Products
Lead the product definition of overseas AI+consumer products such as smart pet hardware, focusing on core scenarios including voice interaction, low-power design and IoT connectivity to deliver differentiated user experiences.
Collaborate closely with hardware R&D and algorithm teams, oversee the full process from sample verification, mold development to mass production, and ensure the delivery of product functions and user experience.
Establish cross-departmental project management mechanisms, identify and mitigate risks in R&D and supply chain, guarantee on-schedule milestone delivery, and continuously optimize delivery efficiency.
3. Intelligent Customer Service Products
Responsible for product planning of multi-language, multi-channel intelligent customer service systems, including text chat, voice interaction and SIP trunk integration, to build efficient customer service experiences.
Design a flexible architecture supporting multi-tenant configuration to meet personalized customer demands, and promote synergy and optimization with manual customer service systems to improve overall service efficiency.
Continuously optimize dialogue flows and knowledge base systems based on service data and user feedback, reduce manual intervention rates, and increase first-contact resolution rates for customer issues.
4. Product Performance Improvement
Establish clear goal decomposition and tracking systems for all product lines to ensure high-quality delivery of key tasks on schedule.
Align objectives proactively with cross-functional teams including business and R&D, resolve execution bottlenecks through agile iteration and risk forecasting, and improve team collaboration efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews of product data and business outcomes, develop performance improvement plans, and drive continuous enhancement of product experience and business value.
Job Requirements
1. Core Competencies
Possess AI product thinking, with basic understanding of technologies including large language models, Agent and RAG, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into concrete product features and business value.
Have 0-to-1 product launch experience, capable of independently completing requirement analysis, product design and project promotion in either ToB or ToC domains.
Have awareness of goal decomposition and performance improvement, able to drive product and team efficiency enhancement through data and process optimization.
2. Professional Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are preferred:
Product experience in AI+hardware integration (e.g., smart devices, IoT products)
ToB enterprise service product experience (e.g., API platforms, enterprise portals)
Product experience in intelligent customer service/dialogue systems
Prior experience in global/overseas product development is a plus; familiarity with overseas user habits and compliance requirements is highly valued.
