Senior Accounting Clerk / Accounting Clerk

Work location: 137 Wong Nai Chung Gap Road

• Bus 6 / 66 can directly go to Central / Admiralty

• Bus 1A can directly go to Exhibition Centre Station

• Bus 41A can go to North Point/ Wah Fu

• Bus 76/ Mini Bus No.5 can go to Causeway Bay

What you’ll be doing?

• Carry out full range of accounting functions such as data entries, schedules, reconciliations, account payables/receivables processing

• Preparation of vendor's payment and verification of supporting documents

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing and reporting, costing, inventory stock count & valuation

• Answer vendors' enquires

• Update bank reconciliation

• Handle full set of accounts independently

• Other ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time

Who are we looking for?

• High Diploma holder in Accounting or LCCI Higher Certificate

• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience

• Proficient in MS Office (excel and word)

• Good team player and able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Previous experience in private Club / hospitality industry is a definite advantage
