<p>Job Title: Customer Service Assistant<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Responsible for answering customer calls with a professional and friendly attitude to provide high-quality customer service.<br>2. Instantly answer customer inquiries of all types, accurately provide relevant information and appropriate solutions.<br>3. Process customer complaints and feedback, log issues and track them to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.<br>4. Support the team in completing daily administrative work, including file organization, data input, and other auxiliary tasks.<br>5. Regularly report on work progress, assist in optimizing internal processes, and improve overall work efficiency.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Hold a DSE qualification or above, with good customer service awareness and attitude.<br>2. Have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and English ability is preferred.<br><br>4. Have good problem-solving skills and team spirit, and be able to maintain high efficiency under pressure.<br>5. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, have flexible response abilities, and be willing to accept shift arrangements.<br><br>Benefits:<br>1. Five-day work schedule, working 9 hours a day, and enjoying public holidays. <br>2. Work location is in Wan Chai<br>3. Provide bonuses and double pay as incentives, based on performance evaluation.<br>4. The starting salary range is HK$14,000 to HK$17,000, with specific salaries depending on personal experience and ability.<br>5.
