Main responsibilities
- Responsible for front desk and online course inquiries, communicate with potential customers through phone, WhatsApp, WeChat and email.
- Use professional sales skills to provide detailed course introduction, tuition quotation and promotional discounts to customers.
- Design personalized learning plans based on students’ grade, school background, and academic goals, effectively converting inquiries into applications.
- Actively follow up on potential customers, build and manage sales pipeline, and ensure that personal and team sales targets (KPIs) are met.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information, and help the team optimize sales strategies.
- Process customer objections and questions, provide professional and sincere answers, and build long-term trust.
- Work closely with the teaching department to follow up on students’ learning progress, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote renewal and referrals.
Entry Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Have 1 to 2 years or more of sales and customer service experience, those with local education institution (tutoring center/language center) sales experience are preferred.
- Speak fluent Cantonese, good English, and Mandarin.
