Senior mixologist

Job Responsibilities

· Create classic cocktails and creative alcohol blends, follow the recipe and production standards, and control the taste, appearance, and alcohol content

· Keep the bar equipment and wine display area clean and well-organized, and do a good job of wine inventory, replenishment, and storage management

· Provide customers with wine and cup type professional recommendations, explain cocktail culture and drinking etiquette, and create a comfortable bar atmosphere

· Collaborate with store activities, participate in wine promotion, new product development, and help the team achieve its operating goals

Job Requirements

· Educational qualifications are not limited, 3 years or above bar/high-end dining mixology experience, familiar with classic recipes and mixology techniques, and creative mixology is preferred

· Priority will be given to those with valid bartender certificates, familiar with the characteristics of various base spirits, liqueurs, juices, ice cubes, etc.

· Good communication and service awareness, able to efficiently handle multiple tables of customers during peak hours, and promptly process inquiries and needs

· Able to adapt to night shifts, weekends and holidays, and full stress resistance
