Job Title: Telesales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Through proactive phone contact with potential customers, clearly introduce our professional services and core advantages, and enhance customer awareness and interest.

• According to the standard script and training guidelines, effectively screen target customer needs, and arrange appropriate time for professional sales staff to meet and negotiate with customers.

• Accurately record the results of each call, customer intentions and appointment details in the internal system, ensuring real-time information updates and seamless follow-up.

• Strictly follow the company's service process and customer data confidentiality regulations, independently complete external calling tasks in a closed office environment, and do not need to face customers or process receipts throughout the process.

Work requirements:

• Positive and proactive personality, sincere and polite attitude, goal-oriented thinking, and the ability to manage work efficiency under flexible working hours.

• Secondary school diploma or above, familiar with basic computer operations (such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.), and willing to accept on-the-job training and use standard sales scripts.

• Value teamwork, able to cooperate with the actual operation of the office, at least 2 days a week, and no less than 4 hours a day (you can choose the 12:00-18:00 time period).
