Job Description
Responsible for planning and executing global and local procurement strategies. Manage supply chain up and down, optimize procurement costs, and promote cross-departmental close cooperation to meet the company's business needs.
Main responsibilities
Global sourcing and supplier management
Lead the development of high-quality local and overseas suppliers (such as Mainland China, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.).
Establish and maintain a supplier evaluation system, regularly review their on-time delivery rate, price competitiveness, and food safety compliance.
Business negotiation and cost control
Responsible for the negotiation of procurement contracts, including price, payment terms, delivery date and post-purchase compensation clauses.
Closely track global seafood prices and seasonal fluctuations, and develop flexible procurement plans to reduce procurement costs.
Supply chain, logistics and inventory management
Coordinate and monitor sea freight container booking, customs clearance and cold chain logistics progress.
Predict demand, control inventory turnover rate, and avoid product shortages or waste due to expiration.
Job Requirements
Supply chain management, international trade, food science or business-related professional bachelor's degree or above.
Have2 years or aboveFood and beverage industry purchasing experience.
Familiar with domestic and foreign supply chains, those with imported food supplier networks are preferred.
Have excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to negotiate fluently with overseas suppliers.
