<p><strong>Renovation Project Manager</strong></p><p></p><p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Full responsibility for the progress, quality and cost control of the renovation project, ensuring that the project is completed on time and of high quality</p></li><li><p>Deeply communicate with customers, understand and confirm their needs, design direction and budget range</p></li><li><p>Develop a detailed project timeline and resource allocation plan, coordinate the workflow of each stage</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the work schedule of the construction team and subcontractors, maintaining efficient communication and collaboration</p></li><li><p>Regularly inspect construction sites, check construction safety, construction standards and engineering quality</p></li><li><p>Follow up on the purchase, transportation, supply and site management of renovation materials</p></li><li><p>Instantly handle problems and unexpected situations that arise during construction</p></li><li><p>Prepare engineering progress reports, project briefings, and other relevant documents</p></li><li><p>Lead the project acceptance process, including defect repair follow-up and final delivery</p></li><li><p>Manage project contracts, file archiving and payment processes to ensure compliance and accuracy</p></li><li><p>Assist the company in continuously optimizing construction processes and supply chain management</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p> </p><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Applicants with a higher diploma or above associate degree, majoring in engineering, interior design, civil engineering, etc. related fields are preferred</p></li><li><p>Have 3 to 5 years of experience in interior design or project management</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the characteristics of building materials, construction processes, and site safety management regulations</p></li><li><p>Able to independently responsible for the full life cycle management of the project, and have good customer communication skills</p></li><li><p>Have excellent time management and multi-task coordination skills</p></li><li><p>Proficient in AutoCAD or able to read construction drawings is preferred</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Proficient in Cantonese, with good writing and oral communication skills; those who understand Mandarin and English are even better</p></li><li><p>Holds a valid Hong Kong work visa or relevant qualifications, including Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other work permit types</p></li><li><p>Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexible work hours and a five-day work week</p></li></ul><p> </p><p> Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Year-end bonuses</p></li><li><p>Performance bonus</p></li><li><p>Engineering allowance</p></li><li><p>Vehicle and horse transportation allowance (transportation allowance)</p></li><li><p>Commuting allowance</p></li><li><p>Flexible work schedule</p></li><li><p>Five-day work week</p></li><li><p>14 paid annual leave days</p></li><li><p>MPF contribution</p></li><li><p>Insurance plans</p></li><li><p>Medical plans</p></li><li><p>Employee health center services</p></li><li><p>Meal allowance</p></li><li><p>On-the-job training and career development support</p></li></ul>

Experience with ASD, HKHA or Residential projects preferred
