• Execute cost accounting (costing) operations, evaluate fabric, accessories, process and production costs for different styles, and support pricing and procurement decisions

• Develop and manage fabric and trim supply chain, including sourcing, selection, testing, confirmation, and continuous optimization of supplier resources

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as buyers, production, marketing) to push design concepts from concept to mass production, ensuring timely market launch and achievement of business objectives

Work requirements

• With a high diploma or associate degree in fashion design, textile design or related fields, recent graduates can also apply

• Have basic knowledge and practical experience in clothing design, familiar with sample garment production process, sewing technology and size specification standards

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, write Chinese and English design documents, cost tables and exchange emails without barriers

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for cost analysis), basic PPT presentation skills; those with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop experience are preferred

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and meet the daily 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday office hours requirement
