National Manager/Director

1. Develop market entry and business development strategies, be fully responsible for local market business planning and execution, lead the team to complete regional market expansion and channel deployment;

2. Coordinate the establishment and management of the subsidiary's localized operating system, improve the organizational structure, process and team building, and systematically improve the local operating efficiency and service ability;

3. Responsible for local market product planning and management, combining regional market characteristics and competitive environment, formulating product mix, pricing and life cycle strategies to ensure product competitiveness and market share;

4. Responsible for the overall sales target setting, decomposition and achievement monitoring of the subsidiary, managing the distributor system and supply chain collaboration, optimizing inventory structure, and ensuring business healthy and sustainable growth;

5. Lead brand in the overall positioning, communication and reputation management in the local market, formulate and implement brand enhancement plans, and establish effective public relations and public opinion management mechanisms;

6. Design and promote channel development strategies, deepen channel coverage and terminal network construction, and promote sales and brand dual improvement through diversified business strategies;

8. Responsible for the overall management of the subsidiary, implementing the headquarters' strategic deployment, completing business indicators and various management tasks;
