<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the dispensary team to deliver quality and efficientpharmaceutical servicesto patients</p></li><li><p>Support centre-in-charge to effectively manage and ensure performance standard of dispensary staff for the delivery of smooth operation in accordance with the company's SOPs</p></li><li><p>Work with centre in-charge, cluster mangers and Central Pharmacy for continual service improvements</p></li><li><p>Handle doctors' and patients' medication enquiries</p></li><li><p>Resolve drug-related problems from daily prescriptions</p></li><li><p>Ad-hoc duties assigned by centre-in-charge</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree holder in Pharmacy withCertificate of Registration and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong</p></li><li><p>Self motivated; committed to continuing professional development and learning</p></li><li><p>Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English</p></li><li><p>Good organizational, interpersonal and influencing skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize work andwork under pressure</p></li><li><p>Ability to work well independently and as part of a team</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We offercompetitive payand fringe benefits.
