Job Description:

  • Lead the digitalization of marketing systems and all-channel promotion, integrate digital channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, industry B2B platforms, and localized social media (such as Facebook, TikTok, and local engineering and infrastructure industry forums), and conduct precision marketing and brand content dissemination.

  • Plan and execute online and offline integrated marketing activities, including international industry exhibitions, technical seminars, online product launches, and KOL/industry expert cooperation promotion, to establish a brand professional image.

  • Lead the digital upgrade and localization of the company's official website, product catalog, technical white paper, and multilingual promotional materials to ensure that the content meets the engineering standards, cultural customs, and communication context of the target market.

  • Responsible for building and managing a digital marketing team, including digital content creation, social media operations, SEO/SEM, data analysis, etc. , and improving the team's cross-border marketing and digital execution capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, digital media, international communication, engineering management or related fields, those with digital marketing related certifications (such as Google Ads, HubSpot) are preferred.

  • At least 5 yearsB2B industrial products, building materials, engineering or related industry market marketing experience, of which3 years or aboveFocus on digital marketing and international market expansion.

  • Have excellent data analysis skills, able to drive marketing strategy optimization and ROI improvement through data insights.

  • Excellent Chinese and English communication and content creation skills, able to write technical marketing materials and conduct cross-cultural communication.
