The intern will support the management and digitalisation of multiple technology and AI-related projects. The role involves coordinating project progress across sales, technical and management teams, maintaining task records, following up on deliverables, identifying delays and supporting day-to-day project execution.
A key responsibility will be to design, set up and streamline the company’s digital project management operating system using suitable project management, database, automation and AI tools. The intern may assist in mapping existing workflows, configuring project workspaces, developing automated reminders and status updates, creating project dashboards, and improving communication and information flow across teams.
The intern will also help test and document new workflows, collect user feedback, identify operational bottlenecks and recommend system improvements. Training and supervision will be provided in digital project operations, workflow design, automation, AI-assisted reporting and technology project management.
Applicants should have strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks involving different teams and priorities. They should be detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable following up on deadlines and outstanding actions.
An interest in project management, digital transformation, AI and workflow automation is essential. Basic experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Airtable or similar platforms is preferred.
Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools, such as n8n, Make or Zapier, will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of databases, dashboards, API integrations, AI tools, process mapping or basic programming is also beneficial.
