Duties include:
1. Lead the whole hardware development process: Responsible for hardware requirement analysis, system design, and key components of robot-related products
Device selection evaluation, schematic design, and PCB Layout review/guidance work, leading the product from 0 to 1 and then to mass production
The complete hardware development cycle for production.
2. Design validation and problem solving: Independently complete hardware circuit functional testing, performance testing, and reliability validation; efficient
Case.
Pre-test and optimization, ensure the product passes the relevant certification test.
4. Production support and materials management: Responsible for electronic component selection, certification, and BOM management in the R&D phase; lead the introduction of new products
NPI process, provide production debugging guidance documents and support, ensure product smooth mass production.
Solve technical problems during the development process. Proactively report progress to superiors and complete assigned tasks of high quality.
Essential experience:
Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, automation, electrical engineering, etc. related fields.
More than 5 years of hardware development experience in consumer electronics, industrial control or robotics field.
Candidates with hardware development experience in robotics, servo drives, motor control, or other motion control products are preferred.
Core competencies:
• Solid hardware foundation: Proficient in analog/digital circuit design, proficient in schematic design, familiar with high-speed/high-power PCB
• Strong hands-on skills: Proficient in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc. for debugging tools; Have precise
Excellent welding (including BGA, etc.) and circuit board-level repair skills.
• Problem analysis and solving ability: Clear logic, able to quickly locate the root cause of complex hardware problems and propose effective solutions

• EMC/EMI Practical ability: Understand common EMC standards, be able to independently design and manufacture products that meet the requirements and carry out whole
