Policy operations

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ol><li>New order operation<br>i. Responsible for the verification and management of new business documents (including insurance brokerage and insurance agency submission of documents);<br>ii. Customer information and insurance information input, feedback error correction suggestions and job processing;<br>iii. Assist in completing the invoice and archiving;</li><li>Policy services<br>i. Policy changes (automatic payment, additional/reduced coverage, payment method adjustment), termination processing, and renewal policies;<br>ii. Claims assistance (assistance in collecting, tracking, and canceling insurance claims), answering customer and sales inquiries;</li><li>Contract and license management<br>i. Channel entry materials are sorted, archived, and information is maintained;<br>ii. Assist with the new channel to report CPD (Continuous Professional Development) personnel table, registration/signature, etc.;<br>iii. Assist in the submission of new channel information to the insurance intermediary supervision and self-discipline organization / supervisor (IA) for record;</li><li>Data Management and Analysis<br>i. Assist in business data tracking, output basic data and indicators;<br></li></ol><p>Position requirements</p><ol><li>Industry experience<br>i. More than 3 years of insurance/brokerage industry operational experience, familiar with the entire insurance process;<br>ii. Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory policies;</li><li>Professional skills<br>i. Familiar with customer due diligence (KYC) process and regulatory compliance requirements (such as AML anti-money laundering process);<br>ii. Proficient in office software, logical and clear;</li><li>Others<br>i. Careful and detailed, responsible, positive attitude, and meet the requirements for the storage of insurance/operational related documents and archives;<br>ii. Good communication skills, with data processing and CRM, policy operational management tools;</li></ol>
