CEO（Education Industry）

We are seeking a mission-driven professional to serve as the founding CEO, working with the team to build a thriving education community.

The position is responsible for the overall operation of new businesses in education, finance, culture and operations. The CEO needs to communicate the vision and values to all stakeholders and work with business partners, agents, employees, students and families to achieve this vision. At the same time, the CEO needs to support the company's long-term development strategy in Hong Kong and promote its full network influence.

Responsibilities and scope

Directly report to management
Develop business development strategies
Optimize team structure/performance indicators, participate in courses, services, and market operations, and establish flexible talent delivery channels
Maintain local and international kindergarten, primary and secondary school education network resources
Deepen school cooperation relations
Developing customer resources in the Chinese mainland market
Plan local activities (workshops/symposiums) to enhance brand influence
Establish and maintain strong sales channels in mainland China
Provide education planning advice to students and families
Communicate and follow up with school/college representatives on student applications
Coordinate parent and student needs to ensure service progress meets customer expectations
Collaborative academic team ensures students prepare for admission exams and tests
Core requirements

Have entrepreneurial thinking, be good at solving problems, and enthusiastic about participating in the construction of Hong Kong's new business network
8 years of cooperative management, business development or related field experience
Familiar with statutory institutions, Hong Kong local and international schools Cross-border enrollment requirements system

5 years of sales channel management experience (with priority given to education industry upstream and downstream channels)
Proficient in local and overseas education systems and with a high-quality resource network
Insight into student needs, good at building customer relationships
High degree of rationality, able to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Self-driven, strong sense of responsibility, service and result-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel software and Chinese writing
