Duties:
1. Responsible for clinic expansion in Hong Kong, defining customer personas, and establishing cooperation norms and cooperation processes;
2. Establish a pipeline benefit-sharing mechanism, sharing mode, sharing cycle, and benefit protection measures;
4. Complete sales KPIs, including order metrics, revenue metrics, payment metrics, and profit metrics;
5. Team building and management, system building, daily management, cost control, KPI monitoring;
Requirements:
1. Have rich pipeline/sales experience, with rich medical resources, especially Chinese medicine clinics;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 10 years of experience in pipe sales;
3. Strong writing skills, able to complete market expansion material development, and provide a recently completed film;
4. Have good psychological quality, be able to complete various task indicators under high pressure;
5. Proficient in Cantonese reading and writing, familiar with various office office software, including mind maps, WPS, Excel;
6. Have a Shenzhen household registration or Hong Kong permanent resident identity, and be able to travel back and forth between Hong Kong and Shenzhen or reside in Hong Kong for office work.
