Product Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities

· Assist the sales team in following up with overseas clients on orders and product development projects

· Serve as the communication bridge between the Hong Kong sales team and the mainland China production team, ensuring client requirements are accurately conveyed to the factory

· Coordinate with factories to follow up on sample making, material sourcing, production schedules, quality control, and final shipment arrangements

· Handle client inquiries, quotations, order tracking, and export documentation on a daily basis

· Ensure the entire production process — from development to delivery — runs smoothly and meets deadlines

Job Requirements

· Form 5 or above

· Prior experience in product merchandising, order follow-up, or related fields is an advantage

· Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience are also welcome; on-the-job training will be provided

· No design experience is required

· Good command of both English and Mandarin (daily communication with foreign clients and mainland factory staff is required)

· Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English

· Patient, detail-oriented, and responsible — able to handle detailed and repetitive tasks with care

· Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently
