Leasing Operation Supervisor

Job Description:

- Manage the tenancy and new letting document (i.e., tenancy agreement)

- Communicate proactively with customers regarding progress and pending documents

- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment(Warehouses, Open-storage areas,and/or construction site)

- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head

Job Requirements:

- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or other related disciplines

- At least 2 to 3-year experience in the leasing industry

- Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Priority to those who hold a driver’s license

- If no proves of English educational background, applicants should provide evidence of English proficiency test with a passing grade
