Job Description

Responsibilities:

Act as business partner to proactively evaluate existing business sales portfolio and strategy, financial analysis and strengthen budgetary and financial control
Actively evaluate trade spend management, pricing strategy and financial control
To identify opportunities / areas of improvement to achieve the company’s financial targets
Actively participate in assessing potential commercial deals and evaluate different business models for both organic and external growth opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting, with MBA and CPA qualification is highly preferable
Minimum 10-15 years solid experience as business partner, especially with sales and marketing teams in Greater China
Min 5 years in senior management capacity
Extensive exposure in the FMCG commercial and retail environment of Greater China
Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive with strong business acumen (entrepreneur & strategic mindset)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels and inter-departments
Hands-on experience with SAP, BI and Microsoft
Good command of English and Putonghua
