Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as business partner to proactively evaluate existing business sales portfolio and strategy, financial analysis and strengthen budgetary and financial control
  • Actively evaluate trade spend management, pricing strategy and financial control
  • To identify opportunities / areas of improvement to achieve the company’s financial targets
  • Actively participate in assessing potential commercial deals and evaluate different business models for both organic and external growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting, with MBA and CPA qualification is highly preferable
  • Minimum 10-15 years solid experience as business partner, especially with sales and marketing teams in Greater China
  • Min 5 years in senior management capacity
  • Extensive exposure in the FMCG commercial and retail environment of Greater China
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive with strong business acumen (entrepreneur & strategic mindset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels and inter-departments
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, BI and Microsoft
  • Good command of English and Putonghua
